Our manufacturing capabilities encompass three professional branch plants dedicated to stainless Steel Casting . Firstly, we employ the water glass Casting Process, a low-temperature lost-wax casting method capable of handling products ranging from 0.1kg to 100kgs. This process accommodates various materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, and special alloy steel.
Secondly, we utilise silica sol casting, a medium-temperature lost-wax casting technique suitable for products weighing from 0.01kgs to 50kgs. Similar to water glass casting, this method caters to a wide range of materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, and special alloy steel.
Lastly, we incorporate Sand Casting, which supports product weights ranging from 0.5kgs to 10 tons. This method accommodates materials like ductile Iron , gray iron, high chrome iron, steel, and wear-resistant materials.
Our materials include austenitic stainless steel (CF8, CF8M, CF3, and CF3M), martensitic stainless steel (1Cr13, 2Cr13), and precipitation-hardening stainless steel (17-4PH).
Furthermore, our facility is equipped with a vacuum furnace for manufacturing superalloy castings, including turbines, turbine blades, superchargers, Ni-base alloy castings, and Cr-base alloy castings. Additionally, our advanced CNC machining equipment, comprising CNC vertical Machining centers, CNC turning machines, and CNC milling machines, allows us to produce a wide array of stainless steel parts ranging from 0.005kg to 2000kg.
